The Cosmetic Contract Manufacturers Directory
229 manufacturers across 18 regions, with the minimum order quantities most of them don’t advertise.
Finding a manufacturer is the part of launching a beauty brand that nobody warns you about. You search, you find ten pages that turn out to be one factory pretending to be a directory, you send fifteen emails, and eleven come back with a minimum order of 10,000 units for a brand that hasn’t sold a single jar yet.
This directory is the shortcut. It’s the list I built while working with beauty brands as a formulator, organised so you can find the manufacturers who will actually take your order at the size you can afford.
What’s inside
229 contract manufacturers and private label producers, listed by country and region. For each one you get the company, website, address, phone and email where they publish it, the minimum order quantity or minimum batch size, notes on capacity and certifications, and what they specialise in.
Regions covered: USA (split into 17 states), Canada, France, Poland, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Scandinavia, the UK, Italy, Spain, New Zealand, Australia, Africa, the Middle East including Türkiye, South Korea, Japan, China, India, and South and Latin America.
It also includes a guide to typical MOQ ranges by type of manufacturer, so you can tell at a glance whether a company is a white label supplier who’ll do 25 units or an industrial CDMO who starts at 25,000.
Why the MOQ column matters
Most manufacturer lists give you a name and a website, which tells you nothing about whether a company will work with you at your size. Around half the entries here include a stated minimum, and roughly 70 give a specific figure. That’s enough to tell you that Pinnacle has no minimum, that Trilogy Laboratories starts at 25 units for private label, that Phytodia will make you 2 kg of bulk, and that Kolmar and COSMAX won’t look at you until you’re ordering in the tens of thousands. Where a manufacturer doesn’t publish a minimum, you’ll see that too, which is still useful, because it means the number is negotiable rather than fixed.
Who it’s for
Founders looking for their first manufacturer. Established brands who need a second supplier, or one in a different region for shipping and tariff reasons. Formulators and consultants who get asked “who should I use?” every week.
Being straight with you about what this is
It’s a research document, not a vetted supplier scheme. I have no commercial relationship with any company listed and I earn nothing if you work with them, so nothing here is an endorsement. Details were compiled in September 2026 from manufacturers’ own websites where they publish them, and from industry directories where they don’t. Some entries list an enquiry form rather than a direct email, because that’s all the company publishes. A handful are flagged as leads to verify. All of that is marked clearly in the file, so you always know how solid an entry is.
Contact details change. Check a website before you send anything important. And always do your own due diligence on any manufacturer before you send money, including certificates, audits and references.
