The Global Cosmetic Packaging Suppliers Directory

64 packaging suppliers in 7 regions, based in 20 countries plus Hong Kong, with a plain-English guide to choosing the right pack before you order 5,000 of the wrong one.

Packaging is where a lot of beauty launches quietly go wrong. You fall in love with a jar, order the minimum, and only then find out your vitamin C has gone orange in it, your essential oils are crazing the acrylic, or the pump can’t cope with your cream. Meanwhile half the “factories” you found online turn out to be trading companies, and the other half want 10,000 units per colour.

This directory is the shortcut. It’s the list I use as a formulator when clients ask where to source packaging, together with the advice I give them about what to put their formula in.

What’s inside

Part 1 explains 11 packaging formats, including jars, airless, pumps, tubes, droppers, sprays, sticks, dual-chamber, makeup componentry, sachets and refills. For each one you get what it suits, the upsides, and the downsides suppliers don’t mention.

Part 2 covers 13 packaging materials, from glass, PET, PETG, PP and the PE family to acrylic, aluminium, laminate, PCR, bio-based PE, bamboo and the rubber parts people forget to test. Each one comes with the compatibility watch-outs that cause stability failures. There’s also a quick-picks table matching common product types to the right pack, for example vitamin C serums, facial oils, high-alcohol toners, natural formulas, start-up budgets and sustainability-led brands.

Part 3 lists 64 suppliers in 7 regional sections. For each one you get the company and website, location, contact route where they publish one, and what they actually make.

Part 4 is a one-page cheat sheet of first calls by pack type, so if you need airless glass or aluminium tins you know exactly who to contact.

The 7 regions are:

  • China and Hong Kong
  • India, Thailand, South Korea and the rest of Asia
  • Europe, covering Italy, Spain, Germany, Poland, France, Austria and the UK
  • The USA and Canada
  • Australia and New Zealand
  • Türkiye, Brazil and the Middle East
  • Smaller makers and low-MOQ stockists, a section of its own for suppliers in the UK, Italy, South Korea, China, Indonesia and Malaysia who will sell you a single case, or in some cases a single bottle

Why the low-MOQ section matters

Before you commit to tooling, you need samples to run stability and compatibility testing in the actual pack. Most supplier lists only give you factories that start at thousands of units. This one also tells you who will sell you one case for testing, who ships from local stock in Australia and New Zealand, and who in the US has no minimum at all. It also includes a guide to typical MOQ ranges by supplier type, so you know roughly what to expect before you email anyone.

Who it’s for

Founders choosing packaging for their first range. Established brands looking for a second supplier, or one closer to their market for freight and tariff reasons. Brands selling into the EU who need suppliers that can provide the paperwork now required under the new Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation. Formulators and consultants who get asked “what should I put this in?” every week.

Being straight with you about what this is

It’s a research document, not a vetted supplier scheme. I have no commercial relationship with any company listed and I earn nothing if you buy from them, so nothing here is an endorsement. Details were compiled in September and October 2026, from suppliers’ own websites where they publish them and from trade directories and import records where they don’t. Many large groups only offer an enquiry form rather than a direct email, and the file says so. A few entries are flagged for you to verify, such as suppliers whose in-house manufacturing I couldn’t confirm. All of that is marked clearly in the file.

Contact details change, so check a website before you send anything important. Always request samples, specifications and compliance documents, and test the pack with your own formula before you place an order.
